Seth Wainwright

Seth Wainwright has been working in talent and development for 17 years, starting out in the telecoms industry before moving into financial services in 2006.
His roles have included Principal Consultant at the Matchett Group, Business & Commercial Training Manager for Barclays Wealth, and Regional Head of Talent Development for Credit Suisse Private Bank.
Since forming Wainwright Scott Ltd in 2011, Seth has consulted with, delivered training for and coached a hugely diverse group of talent, stemming from the finance world to high-end fashion houses, leading UK universities to Premier League football clubs.
Seth’s approach is simple: make it relevant, make it enjoyable, make it practical. It’s a philosophy that’s helped him create over 100 different professional skills programmes for clients since 2011. And it’s one that works. One of Seth’s proudest achievements is that every firm he’s worked with since he started Wainwright Scott Ltd has asked him back to partner with them again.
Seth lives in Derbyshire with his wife Kelly and their two sons.

Kelly Wainwright has worked as a client relationship manager and trainer for specialist learning consultancies for nearly twenty years. Starting out in the education sector, she then spent time working for a leading UK animal charity before becoming Head of Client Services when Wainwright Scott Ltd launched in 2011.
Kelly combines her knowledge of learning and development with her skills as a client relationship manager to support our clients at every step of their partnership with Wainwright Scott Ltd. She also occasionally steps back into the world of delivery to co-facilitate programmes with other Wainwright Scott Consultants!

Andrew Kitton is an experienced Training and Development Consultant, with a background in Financial Services. After a successful early career in sales and management, Andrew turned his attention to training and developing others.
His experience includes investment banking, retail financial services, mortgages and retail banking. He has delivered programmes in the UK, US, Europe, Emerging Markets, Australia and the Far East.
Andrew has been involved in Learning and Development since 1992 and specialises in soft skills and behavioural training. He has designed and delivered programmes across Leadership, Management, Customer Service and Care, Personal Development, Presenting, Building Customer Relationships, Selling and Sales Management.
Andrew holds a BSc Hons in Accounting and Business Economics. He is professionally qualified as a trainer (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has completed several financial services qualifications (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice, Financial Planning Certificate, Advanced Financial Planning Certificate and Chartered Institute of Bankers (now Institute of Financial services)). He is also a qualified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Personality Inventory, Thomas International ‘DISC’ Profiling and Brentfield Consulting Emotions and Behaviours at Work.
Andrew is a knowledgeable and inspirational trainer who creates a challenging and fun environment in the training room, with the emphasis on learning that has an impact in the workplace.
Will Stonier spent over 10 years working in learning and talent development roles for companies including UBS, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
During that time, he worked with all levels and all divisions on the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives. He is accredited at CIPD Master’s level.
Will delivers training all over the world on how to be influential, create impact and help employees and firms achieve optimum performance.
Will trains in a practical, pragmatic way and knows what investment houses look for in graduates and what they need to do to be successful. Feedback themes from over the years are ‘engaging’, ‘motivating’, ‘useful’.
Will’s recent projects include delivering highly successful programmes for Evercore, HSBC, JP Morgan and MS Amlin.
When not in the training room, Will’s interests include nutrition, technology and fitness.

Joanna Cohen has nearly 20 years’ commercial experience in the fields of communication, professional development and sales. She has designed and delivered transformational people programmes for a wide range of blue-chip organisations and delivered to audiences ranging from Graduates to C-level Executives.
Jo has an engaging, enthusiastic approach and is ideally suited to business-focused training and coaching . Her passion is enabling excellence in Leadership and Communication Skills through Behavioural Change. Coming from a business environment allows Jo to interact easily with people at all levels and to quickly build rapport and gain credibility.

Peter has over 18 years of experience in Learning and Development as a Trainer, Training Manager, and Head of Learning & Development, the last 9 of which have been as a freelance Facilitator. He is a passionate and dynamic facilitator who incorporates fun, challenge, and practical application to create a stimulating environment for learning.
As well as being CIPD qualified Peter is accredited in the Insights psychometric tool and has extensive experience of DISC and Social Styles. He is a practitioner in Situational Leadership II and is NLP qualified.
Peter has a passion for communication and relationship building and has years of experience in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Presentation & Storytelling Skills, Impact and Influence, Sales & Negotiation, Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Communication training with a number of leading organisations in a variety of industries including investment banking, retail financial services, insurance, non-profit, global marketing, and telecommunications.
He has trained extensively throughout the UK and Europe as well as the Middle East, Asia, North America and Central America, with a wide-ranging audience from sales and service to senior management teams.

As a performance coach, speaker and consultant for Natural Direction, Darrell is primarily focused on the facilitation of leadership, mindset, communication, resilience and influencing skills programmes, in addition to both team and one-to-one coaching for clients. Darrell’s 20 years’ experience as a coach, trainer and facilitator has been pivotal in the delivery of Deloitte Universities' Next Generation Academy events, as well as the Extraordinary Leader Programme.
A licensed FA coach and manager of a county football team, Darrell also brings a long-standing passion for sports psychology into his business coaching work.
Bindu trained as an actress and has worked in the Training and Development sector as a Roleplayer, Facilitator and Behavioural Coach for over 17 years. She is bilingual in Italian and English and speaks conversational German and French.
Her open, fresh and professional style has led her to work with some of the largest organisations, both in the public and private sectors. Bindu works and facilitates globally, from Italy to Qatar, the UK to Greece, remaining sensitive to national and cultural differences at all times.
Bindu has an ability to challenge, motivate and inspire, whilst remaining personable and connected. Throughout her career, she has designed, facilitated and directed films, Diversity & Inclusion workshops, conferences and E-Learning DVDs for numerous organisations across the UK, Europe and Middle East. Bindu has also worked extensively with external trainers, consultants and lawyers, giving her a clear understanding of the legal definitions of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and UK legislation. She is organised and reliable, able to lead one-to-one coaching sessions and bespoke roleplays, as well as confidently run large conferences and masterclasses of two hundred or more delegates.
Bindu is multi-cultural and has lived, travelled and worked extensively throughout the world (India, United States, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, the UK), giving her a strong understanding of cultural differences and social behaviours.
Paul is an engaging facilitator, coach and trainer; using a range of styles and methods to create awareness and insight in leaders and managers at all levels. Combining a profound understanding of mindset and skillset capability, he draws on over 25 years of commercial experience, which began in banking and has been applied in over 50 countries across Europe, Africa, Australasia, Asia and North America.
Paul has helped clients achieve significant change, for example in his work with a major Saudi Arabia bank’s senior executive team and in preparing managers at Dubai Duty Free for a major expansion.
Paul’s recent experience includes training sales leaders for two major international telecoms companies, helping the senior team of a UAE property company to implement its new strategy, supporting a new strengths-based leadership initiative at a major GCC international bank, using financial simulations to build business acumen at a major Aerospace company and driving Operational Excellence at an international mining company.
Paulami has over 15 years' experience in delivering successful training programmes for a variety of financial services organisations across India, including Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase and the Indian National Stock Exchange. Prior to becoming a full-time Training Consultant, she held positions for Barclays, Citi Group and GE Capital.
She has been the lead-instructor on various ‘People Skills’ programmes in banking technology set-ups, and has both designed and delivered organisational and departmental-specific training programmes on the subjects of Leadership, Innovation & Creativity, Emotional Intelligence and Client Orientation.
Paulami’s facilitation style is highly engaging, and she prides herself on inspiring truly interactive sessions with plenty of debate and practical application. She is adaptive to multi-cultural environments and has strong organisational and client skills.
